But, having multiple heroes of the same hero type provides you with additional stat boosts as a synergy effect. So, for beginners, it's best to stick to and invest in one hero type rather than trying to incorporate multiple ones into your formation. Moreover, try to prioritize Red characters over Orange ones and focus on Star Upgrading rather than trying to unlock new ones.

War Demon AthenaゴールデンサポートExtremely strong AoE damage dealer along with great support skills. Can clear CC effects from allies, buff damage, and provide shields while also maintaining a good DPS.
Rebellious Demon Nezhaゴールデン暗殺者The best assassin hero that can one-shot kill most characters on opponent teams. Super high DPS and burst potential. Also heals completely and increases Crit Rate and DMG with every kill. Broken skill set.
Night Eagle Evans赤魔術師Strong AoE mage hero that can consistently inflict Sleep debuffs on the enemy team.また、AOEの睡眠効果を保証し、次の攻撃損傷の400％ですべての同盟国（自己を含む）を癒しながら、殺された場合に死に免疫が発生するようになります。
Magnetic Storm Jaal赤サポートOne of the best support heroes for your team. Can continuously heal allies and remove negative effects.
Wolf Rider Mira赤Ranger A great backline marksman who can inflict debuffs with skills. Moreover, she can capitalize on debuffed enemies by healing or dealing extra damage based on the debuff. Great synergy with Beast Spirits characters.
Priest Rian赤魔術師Best syngergic partner for Wold Rider Mira. Has a 20% chance to inflict a debuff with every attack and deals additional damage to debuffed enemies.
Purgatory Envoy Igor赤魔術師Extremely strong mage that can deal significant AoE damage while inflicting Burn debuff. Infinitely stacks damage increase and heals for every Burn inflicted.

A Tier

Thunder Demon Thorゴールデン魔術師A weaker version of Purgatory Envoy Igor and requires bleeding or poisoning debuff to sustain. Higher rarity, but overall skill set isn't worth the value.
Mecha Demon Child Demonゴールデン戦士Strong debuffing Warrior, but not great for his rarity. Has a good chance to debuff, but fails to capitalize on it. Can inflict anti-heal effects on the enemy but lacks survivability.
Reaper Shui赤タンクA useful tank for any team. Can shield all allies, has an AoE basic attack, and skills have a chance to inflict sleep debuff, making him very versatile overall.
Saint Flott赤魔術師Great DPS mage that can infinitely stack Skill DMG and attack throughout the fight. The only downside is low endurance and no debuff potential.
Dragon Rider Donis赤戦士Core DPS for most Magic Thieves formations. Can deal with good DPS, inflicts bleed, and can enter a rage mode when HP drops below 50%. Also, he's easy to acquire.
Black Wing Rose赤暗殺者Good assassin DPS who also has strong debuff skills. Can continuously inflict poison and stat reduction debuffs on enemies. Also, guaranteed poison on all enemies upon death.
Beast Shadow Joanna赤暗殺者One of the best assassins can deal huge burst damage, especially if on Beast Spirits formation. Also deals true damage, and heals herself on 70% of the damage dealt.
Fiery Archer Olga赤Ranger She can silence targets with her skills, buff allies, and heal herself from attacks while also having AoE basic attacks. Great as DPS with proper support.

B Tier

Puppet Master Molly赤サポートActive and passive skills all heal allies, with a chance to buff the ATK stats of the highest DPS allies. Can only provide DMG Reduction to allies upon death.
Heavy Artillery Miku赤Ranger Has Shield Break effects on basic attacks, and gains shield from active skill. Similar to Molly, can only DMG Reduction and DMG Increase buffs to allies upon death.
Valkyrie Sarah赤戦士Can infinitely stack up active skill DMG and has an AoE-based basic attack which comes with life steal, so extra healing as well. Great frontline hero.
Soul Snatcher Bass Caroline赤タンクGreat tank for Demon Controller teams. Can deal True damage, inflicts Burns, and gains a shield whenever inflicted with DoT effects.
Champion Kalle赤タンクHe consistently deals True Damage and has great survivability and DEF, but very low SPD stats. Can also inflict anti-heal effects.
Rogue KellyオレンジサポートVersatile support for Explorer teams. Can buff ally damage and provide consistent healing. Moreover, has an AoE basic attack that has a 35% chance to inflict Stun.
Shadow Adamオレンジ暗殺者Every skill causes bleeding and has an AoE basic attack that comes with a 37% chance to inflict Silence. He can even reduce enemy ATK stats and has good DPS.
Blade Assassin Kaisaオレンジ暗殺者She is immune to CC effects and has pretty good DPS stats. Her attacks inflict Bleed debuffs while also delaying the opponent's skills.
Flame Mage Ellaオレンジ魔術師Can consistently inflict Stun on enemies that are already inflicted with Burn. Her skills can inflict Burn, but not guaranteed.
Forbidden Word Phyllisオレンジ暗殺者Every attack has a 50% chance of inflicting Silence on the enemy. Also, has a 50% chance to use an active skill with every attack. The downside is she gets killed very easily because of her low defense.
Giant Blade Treyオレンジ暗殺者Skills and basic attacks delay the enemy's skill and attacks have a 35% chance to stun targets. Damage is decent, but HP and DEF are very low.

C層

Earthshaker TrekオレンジタンクHe can heal with basic attacks, but ATK is very low as he's a tank. Can also reduce the opponent's ATK stats.
Archer SarahオレンジRanger The lower her health, the higher her CRIT Rate and DMG. Dies very easily, and is not powerful at full HP.
Blaze MerkオレンジタンクCan apply Burn to targets and reduce damage taken by allies by 30%. The downside is buffs last only 2 turns, and only trigger once.
Energy Mage Zhi Xinオレンジ魔術師Skills can delay enemy skills and increase single-ally ATK but at a 10% chance. Can buff ATK by an additional 15% only after dying.
Divine Arrow GabriオレンジRanger Directly attacks the backline and increases his Rage with a 50% chance to silence targets with active skill.
Hidden Stabber Muオレンジ暗殺者Increases own Res stats on using skills and inflict bleed when triggering Res. The downside is that he completely depends on Res chance.
Prophet LisselオレンジサポートDecent support is immune to Burn effects and revives once after death. Can buff ally ATK stats consistently.
Star Guardian Lyliaオレンジ戦士Buffs self-using passive, attacks grant her shield and kills buff her more. Doesn't synergize with the rest of the team in any way.
Greatsword Warrior Fei Yiオレンジ戦士Can heal herself from every skill attack. She buffs the Res of the whole team but lacks defense.
Messenger Ida紫タンク15% chance to Stun target with attacks, and inflicts 50% more damage to Stunned targets. Low ATK because she's a tank.
Reverse Blade Heidel紫暗殺者Heals himself and increases his Rage on every Kill. Skills can also stun targets. Good for PvE.

d層

Poison Mage Estelleオレンジ魔術師Can consistently inflict poison and increase ATK every time. But limited to 20 times, maxing out at a 60% increase, which is not significant.
Holy Warrior LunaオレンジタンクCan act as a subpar tank with only 10% DMG Reduction. Provides little healing to allies at the end of every turn.
Prophet DarcyオレンジサポートShe's a support hero that can only buff allies once, and that too temporarily.
War Hammer VivianオレンジタンクSame as Luna, but with 20% DMG Reduction instead of 10%. Can heal herself, only once when HP is below 50%.
Mad Warrior Naruオレンジ戦士Only viable if someone on the team can inflict CC on enemies. Weak DPS, and a subpar frontline even though he's a Warrior class hero.
Giant Hammer GabriオレンジタンクSkills and passive apply poison, that deals minimal damage because he's a Tank and has low ATK stats.
Destroyer Matthew紫戦士Damage output completely depends on the Shield amount. Without a shield he's unusable.
Eerie Priest Sain紫サポートThe support that can't heal or buff can only inflict Bleed with skills and that too with a 30% chance.
Knight Bell紫タンクHis only unique skill is that he can stun, either with basic attacks or upon death, both with only a 10% chance.
Ice Flame Selvi紫魔術師Can only deal increased damage to targets with Burn debuff, but her skills remove all Burn effects when hit.
Warrior Plum紫タンクActive skill can heal himself but for a very low amount. Can only Silence enemies once at the start of a battle, with only a 10% chance.

Reroll Guide for Stellar Traveler

In case you didn't pull the top tier characters from the Gacha in Stellar Traveler, you can choose to reroll your account and try again. Do note that this will erase the data in your previous account and require around 10 mins to complete the tutorial again.

If you're absolutely certain that you want to reroll, then follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Go to Profile , and select Exit .
  • Choose the User Center option on the top right.
  • At the User Center, choose Cancel Account option.
  • Read and agree to the Cancel Agreement, and select Cancel Request .

Following the above steps will delete your account, letting you log in to a new account. It is recommended that you don't bind your account till you've completed rerolling.
