Surah Ya Sin (Arabic: يس) is the 36th surah in the Qur'an. This surah consists of 83 verses, including Makkiyah surahs and was revealed after Al-Jinn surah. Named Ya Sin because it starts with the letter Ya Sin. As is the case with the meaning of the letters of the alphabet located at the beginning of several chapters of the Qur'an, so is the meaning of Ya Sin found in the opening verse of this chapter, that is, God hints that after the letter, important things will be presented, among others: God swears with the Al-Quran that Muhammad SAW is truly a messenger sent by Him to a people who have never been sent messengers to them.

- Story: The story of the messengers of Jesus with the people of Antakiyah.

- And others: There is no benefit of warning for polytheists; God created everything in pairs; all the stars in the sky walk on the circular line that God has set; death and doomsday come suddenly; God comforted the heart of Rasulullah SAW against the attitude of the polytheists that hurt his heart.
