Would you like to record and manage deliveries and shipments from different service providers with just one app?

With EURO-LOG AG's ONE TRACK Sendungsverfolgung you as a private user in Germany can quickly find out where your courier, express or parcel shipment (CEP) is currently located. No matter which of the connected CEP service providers you expect a shipment from or with whom you sent it - simply enter the shipment number and you will receive complete transparency about the "travel status" of your shipment. And this is the same for all service providers.

The following functions are available to you with the app:

• NEW: Push notifications

• Tracking of parcels from different service providers

• Scanning tracking numbers

• Search for shipment numbers for which no further information is yet available from the CEP service provider

• Setting up active notifications about a shipment via email, even if no further information about the shipment is available from the CEP service provider

• Handling active notifications

• Calculating the delivery time and displaying phases

• Differentiation between “incoming” and “outgoing” shipments

• Storage of shipments under your own name, even if no further information about the shipment is available from the CEP service provider

• Subsequent changes to saved programs

• Sending the shipment status via email

• Map display of the shipment history

• Easy to update current status

The following parcel service providers are currently connected:

DHL, DHL Austria, DHL Express, DHL Freight, DHL Swiss, DHL Swiss (e-shipping), DPD, FedEx, GLS, Hermes, Austrian Post, Swiss Post, TNT and UPS.

PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS

EURO-LOG AG takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We have therefore taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that data protection regulations are observed. EURO-LOG's quality and information security management system is certified according to the ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. Data security is therefore guaranteed by TÜF SÜD.

We have reduced the rights required to operate the app. The following rights are used:

• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: checks the status of the data connection

• ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: permission required to connect to a Wi-Fi network

• INTERNET: allows access to the web (required otherwise the app cannot retrieve status information)

• MAPS_RECEIVE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: enables access to the map display from Google Maps

• READ_GSERVICES: allows the API to access the web-based Google Services

• READ_PHONE_STATE, RECEIVE, C2D_MESSAGE, WAKE_LOCK: required to set up and receive push notifications

ABOUT THE APP

The ONE TRACK Sendungsverfolgung combines available shipment information from the Internet with the ONE TRACK technology from EURO-LOG AG and offers you the opportunity to easily track shipments without having to know which CEP service provider the shipment is currently being transported with. Simply enter your tracking number and view the shipment information in the app. Alternatively, you can scan the tracking number using your device's camera.

The app also offers you the option of setting up up to ten active notifications for a broadcast. This allows you to monitor the progress of a shipment or identify problems early. You no longer have to wait to see whether a package will arrive or not, but you can control whether you want to be informed about every next status or about the status at a certain time.
