One unified entry to DSB on the mobile.

In the DSB app you can buy tickets and maps, see current traffic information and departures.

You can buy:

- DSB tickets and DSB Orange for standard and DSB 1'

- DOT Zone tickets and tickets for travel on Zealand

- Pla DSB illettes and Commuterpla DSB illettes

- DSB 10-trip card, DSB Commuter card, DOT Commuter card and DSB 1' and DSB 1' regional supplements for commuter cards

- DSB Young Card and get your Youth Card delivered

DSB Orange tickets are automatically displayed on the departures where they are available.

Tickets, pla DSB illettes and commuter cards can be bought from today and up to 2 months ahead.

In DSB app, you can read current traffic information about public transport in Denmark and get an overview of departures from the nearest or a specific public transport station.

You can pay with Dankort/VISA Dankort, VISA, VISA Debit/VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and MobilePay. If your company has a business agreement with DSB , then the company can choose to give you the option to pay by invoice in DSB app.

You must provide your mobile number and e-mail to buy tickets and cards. When you have entered your mobile number, you will receive an SMS with a one-time code. You must enter the code to verify the mobile number. Your e-mail and phone number will only be used to send receipts to e-mail and customer service. The e-mail contains the information you need to have your purchase refunded or to transfer the card to a new phone.

Remember to buy your ticket or card before you start your journey. Your tickets and cards can only be used on the phone where they were purchased. You cannot therefore forward tickets and cards. However, cards can be transferred to other phones.

Offers, campaigns and tickets such as DSB Minigroup and DSB Family Ticket cannot be purchased in DSB app. They must be purchased at www. DSB .dk or in the DSB Customer Center on tel. 70 13 14 15.

You cannot buy tickets within local tariff areas on Funen, in Jutland or on Bornholm.

Special DSB plates for prams, wheelchairs and bicycles must be purchased via tel. 70 13 14 15.

DSB reserves the right to stop supporting older operating systems.
