In order to be able to continually offer you optimal service quality in our core area of roadside assistance and beyond, we regularly improve our range of services and the extensive benefit programs for our members.
The AvD Pannenhilfe app is your personal emergency call point, which makes reporting a breakdown much easier and offers you valuable help in an emergency.
No matter where you are, whether day or night, competent help can be requested immediately at the touch of a button. Even if you don't know where you are, our app locates your location.

The outstanding achievements include:
- In the event of a breakdown, you will immediately be identified as an AvD member.
- You can use the app to send us your current location, the cause of the breakdown and information about the vehicle directly.
- Of course, immediate personal contact is also possible.
- A 112 emergency call function can be triggered directly via an SOS button.
- Clearly structured first aid instructions provide quick information for life-saving measures at the scene of an accident.
In the event of an incident, a tailor-made accident report records everything for you on site, including data of those involved, an accident sketch and photos. So that nothing is forgotten later.

We recommend that you enter your personal information and vehicle data in the AvD Pannenhilfe app in advance (ideally immediately after downloading). This saves you valuable time in the event of a breakdown or emergency.
The use of the AvD Pannenhilfe app is supported within Germany. The full range of functions cannot currently be guaranteed abroad.
The AvD Pannenhilfe app and the organization of help are free of charge. As part of their membership, AvD members are also entitled to free roadside assistance and other valuable club services, including traffic law advice.
The accident report, fine calculator, gas station search and news features are designed for general, free use.
